Ever wanted to see how your coaches start out? Earl walks us through receiving a chassis from Ford and sending it to a Ford-certified shop to be stretched.

My seven-year-old declared, "It's NAKED!"  ;D

General Discussion / Meet the Owners: Adam Dunker

Meet Adam Dunker: Co-Owner and Flexible Craftsman at Hoosier Custom Cruiser RV
In the bustling world of RV manufacturing, it's not every day you meet a young owner who can truly do it all. Meet Adam Dunker, a dynamic co-owner of Hoosier Custom Cruiser, whose hands-on expertise and dedication are shaping the future of custom RVs.
A Passion Ignited Early
Adam's journey in the RV industry began fresh out of school in 2007, when he started his career in welding. His skills and passion for the craft quickly saw him taking on multiple roles within the industry. "I started welding in the RV industry," Adam recalls with a smile, acknowledging the unusual path that led him to where he is today.
A Versatile Contributor
At Hoosier Custom Cruiser, Adam's role goes beyond his title as owner. He's deeply involved in the nuts and bolts of RV manufacturing, quite literally. From chassis prep to final finishes, Adam is hands-on in ensuring that every RV that rolls out is up to the mark. "I do welding, chassis prep, final finish—whatever needs done," Adam explains. His commitment ensures that every process meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
More Than Just Metal
While Adam steers clear of plumbing and electrical work, his expertise encompasses nearly every other aspect of RV construction. Today, he's hands-on with welding and grinding on the chassis, showcasing the dedication and skill that have earned him a co-owner spot despite his relatively young age in such a complex industry.
The Spirit of Hoosier Custom Cruiser
Adam embodies the spirit of Hoosier Custom Cruiser: a dedication to craftsmanship, a willingness to get his hands dirty, and a drive to ensure that every RV is built with the utmost care and expertise. His story is not just about welding metal; it's about crafting dreams and building adventures for every customer who chooses Hoosier Custom Cruiser.
Join us in celebrating Adam Dunker, a young visionary whose passion and hard work continue to drive Hoosier Custom Cruiser RV forward. Stay tuned for more stories from our team as we continue to explore the roads less traveled, with Adam helping to steer the way.

General Discussion / Let's Get This Ball Rolling! (...
Last post by aimee - July 08, 2024, 11:46:16 AM
Hey, All! I thought we could get this ball rolling with a little bit of an intro thread!

I'm Aimée, I handle the website (front and back end), the forum, social media, and marketing for Hoosier Cruiser RV. I grew up camping in anything from Class A's to Popups as my dad was an RV salesman for a large RV dealership in Indiana. I really love the camping community, and I'm glad to be back in it in whatever capacity I can be.

I own a custom software company (ElixWare) and it gives me a lot of freedom to be a digital nomad. I try to take advantage of that however I can. I have four grown children and a 7 yr old that keep me on my toes, but I'm usually available here or you can reach me in a couple of ways:

aimee@elixware.com or if I don't respond right away, try my daughter/project manager, chloe@elixware.com

We currently live in Kentucky right at the edge of the Red River Gorge and we love taking advantage of that weekly or even multiple times weekly!

What about you?

I would have 12 volt fridge.. but that along with changing the lounge/bed to something different is personnel preference. We have been FT for one year next month. I'm a travel RN that travels with my sister. We were #3😀😀 and love our unit
